About Shannon
An Alabama native with a home on the lake
Shannon grew up in Montgomery and has a home on Lake Martin. She knows Central Alabama as a native and the lake as an owner.
Real estate runs in her family: her mother was a Realtor, and her father, who always loved drafting and architecture, later became a home builder. Shannon earned her real estate license in 2016 and her broker's license in 2019. She has extensive experience in new home construction sales, so she reads a floor plan, a build schedule and a builder's specifications as fluently as a listing sheet, and she has more than $100 million in sales volume over the past five years.
At Lake Martin, Shannon is with LAH Sotheby's International Realty. She works with buyers and sellers at the lake and in Auburn, Opelika, Montgomery, Pike Road and Prattville. She is licensed in Alabama and Florida, and on the coast she is a Broker Associate with The Agency | NW Florida Beaches, working the Gulf Coast from Destin to St. George Island, including 30A and Freeport (sandandleisure.com). Married to the love of her life, Jeff Baker, Shannon is the mother of three daughters and splits her time between Lake Martin and Santa Rosa Beach.
